About the Event

We are excited to be partnering with the Widow's Sons Hillbilly Chapter Robbins, Tn. to host the "Second Annual Harold Young Memorial Scholarship Dart Run". The funds raised from this event will go to fund a scholarship for students at Scott County High School interested in pursuing a career in the field of science.

This scholarship and event is being named in honor, Harold Young, who passed away in November of 2019. Harold Young is the dad of Miranda Young, who is one of the co-owner's of the Historic Scott County Jail, so this scholarship is extra special to us. Harold Young was a retired educator with the Scott County School System with 39 years of service, having taught all things science at Wartburg Central and Scott County High Schools. He was also a proud 50+ year Member and Past Master of Scott County Masonic Lodge #670 F&AM in Robbins Tn.
